Priority (Same Day) Service: $80

Rates are for service at one address.  Additional fees will be assessed for each additional address attempted.
Rates include up to eight (8)
attempts at the following schedule:
2 Morning (Before 10 AM)
2 Evening (After 6 PM)
1 Saturday
3 "Other" times
We will provide an Affidavit of Service and, if requested, file it with the appropriate Florida court. Clients will be kept up to date on each attempt made.
The Service of Process is the procedure by which a party to a lawsuit gives an appropriate notice of initial legal action to another party (such as a defendant), court, or administrative body in an effort to exercise jurisdiction over that person so as to force that person to respond to the proceeding before the court, body, or other tribunal.

Notice is furnished by delivering a set of court documents (called "process") to the person to be served.

The DTIS Process Serving Unit is made up of both court- and sheriff-appointed Process Servers throughout the State of Florida and is authorized to serve non-enforceable process such as:
  • Writs of possession
  • Levies
  • Replevins
  • Five-day evictions
  • Writs of garnishments
  • Regular summonses
  • Department of Revenue paperwork
  • Out-of-state orders
  • In-county and out-of-county tax deeds.
  • Foreclosures
  • Subpenas

  • We will follow all applicable Federal, State, and Local laws and regulations for the Service of Process.
  • Clients will be kept appraised with real-time updates on attempts.
  • Photographs will be taken of the address being served at each attempt.
  • Geolocation will be captured at each attempt.
  • If requested, we will provide bodycam footage of the serve and service attempts.
